Most of our house is about 200 years old and the kitchen ceiling was in really bad need of replacing as it had a hole created by a hive of yellowjackets. Augie's crew did a great job with the ceiling and they also added an attic access in our old mud room and changed out a former outside door frame. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with their work.
The I Am Renovations team (Augie, Mac, and Doug) did an amazing job on my house. They replaced all flooring, removed a pony wall, and installed new vanities. They were up front about costs and issues found. There was a scheduling delay that caused my renovation to be pushed back and Augie was up front about the issue and offered to reimburse everything minus materials.
