Auggie is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. I found him by accident. One day coming home from work I saw his truck and gave him a call. He quickly returned my call and we setup a time to discuss our kitchen renovations. The first thing that impressed me was that he was on time and the second thing was the questions he asked. This was quite possibly the best experience we have had with a contractor or remodeling. We did a complete renovation of our kids bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the results and the speed and quality with which the job was done. Augi completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly flexible. His initial quote was a bit over our budget, but he worked with us right away to bring it down to a number we were comfortable with. We finally pulled the trigger on a full bathroom renovation. Projects like this rarely go exactly as planned, but what we appreciated most about Auggie and his team was that they were always upfront, communicative, and ready with a solution whenever challenges came up. You really can’t ask for much more from a contractor. Their professionalism, honesty, and problem-solving made the entire process far less stressful than we expected. We highly recommend I Am Renovations and will definitely be spreading the word!
There were a couple of small surprises once the walls were opened up in our older home, but they explained everything clearly and helped us stay within budget. By the end, our house looked completely transformed and felt brand new. We’ve already had neighbors asking who did the work.
