I started taking emotional integration meditation with Luciana a few months ago and I have experienced changes in myself that I've never experienced with years of cognitive therapy! Luciana's compassionate caring energy is contagious. I crave the peaceful feeling after each meditation class. Luciana, thank you so much for all you do!

I met Luciana at a meditation event at the start of the new year in 2017. When I heard she taught meditation classes, I had been craving attending a group meditation with a knowledgeable teacher, I jumped at the opportunity. I didn't miss a week for many months, I loved the teaching the practice, it was quite literally the highlight of my week. Such a great experience, meditation classes with her are so relaxing and helped me ground myself. It really helped me with my anxiety and just helped me see things differently. I highly suggest her and her classes.
