I wanted to get back into fitness regularly and decided to take a class from IAL through ClassPass. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility & the incredibly welcoming staff. I have taken two classes now and the customer service is exceptional. A few weeks in and really pleased so far. Classes are easy to schedule through the app, lots of early morning class options. Instructors are welcoming and environment is positive. Have enjoyed every class taken so far- feels like working out in a spa.

I am limitless has completely changed my life. When I moved to Lancaster, I wanted to get back into fitness. I looked around at gyms and had heard of the small group fitness classes at IAL- I started going and little did I know it would become such a huge part of my life. Since joining 2 years ago, I go as many times as my schedule allows each week. There is nothing like it!! I have never like working out, but every spin or bike class I have taken here has been the best time . The instructors are very helpful, friendly and kind. I am even loving going to an 8am Sunday Morning class, cause of how amazing Kara and the other instructors have been.
