It’s one place I feel loved, a part of a community who support each other. The workouts are a bonus. I absolutely love this studio! It’s my home.
IAL is the only studio in Lancaster that you get everything under one roof. Strength, cardio, mind/body, they have it all. The certified instructors are welcoming and experts at what they teach. Don’t be intimidated, everyone will make you feel at home, whether it is your first class or you are a pro.
Really cool community with a great variety of spin, hiit, strength, and yoga based classes. The trip studio is one of kind with amazing visuals. No gym/studio has this and should def try out trip!
