I really wanted to like this place because when I first came here, Takii cut my hair and I really liked it. Then I made an appointment someone called me the day of Like an hour before the appointment to reschedule for tomorrow, which I could not do. Then I decided OK I’ll come in. Don’t even waste your time going here. The stylist can’t cut hair besides a blunt cut with some clippers. I asked for a trim of my layers and she had me walking around with a cut like I was homeless, until my usual hair lady could fix it. It’s funny now but in the moment I was so upset. She also can’t take criticism, or accept the fact that she was wrong. They also don’t do refunds.

Warning!!!! If you value your time don’t go here. They have no respect for anyone’s time but their own. I’ve come on 3 occasions and it was always the same mess. The stylist is always running late even when you come on time or she will have 4 people ahead of you. They don’t communicate this mess to you. You’ll walk in to your appointment and be blindsided by the time restraints. (Specifically KiKo) Or worst the stylist will never even bother to show up (Takii). Beware.Do not go here! They do not prioritize the health of your hair.I went here for a silk press.They wont tell you but they use mild like relaxer on your hair with the shampoo and no heat protectant to keep it straight.My hair is now damaged and I am in the process of getting healthy hair again.🥲
