Liz totally transformed my hair & I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I sat down, the experience felt luxe and thoughtful. I was treated to a complimentary head and shoulder massage, refreshments, and the most amazing basin massage treatment, hair cut and colour. Had the best experience today with Anita S. at I Am Hair Dural for my curly-hair styling. She was patient, gentle, and really attentive to what my curls needed. My hair came out defined, soft, and healthy. The curl-hydrating cleanse she used was amazing — my hair feels fresh, clean, and light. It honestly made such a difference. I really wanted to love this salon - it’s a beautiful space with talented stylists, and I can see why many people enjoy coming here. However, I left quite disappointed with the administrative and customer service side of things.
