I recommend Coach Anthony and all his trainers! I am Global is athlete centered. Their team looks at the whole athlete and designs a program that makes the stronger. Each workout is individually centered towards your athlete. If your athlete is coming off of an injury, or if you simply want them to improve. Check out I am Global!
I took my son Evan to IAGS. Within a week I can see a change in his body along with quickness and conditioning. The staff here is amazing and they teach you THE RIGHT WAY! From form to proper weight lifting to the friendly environment IAGS is top notch! If you want to get your son or daughter to the next level, IAGS is THE place to achieve your goals!
Great coaches and wonderful facility. They push these kids to work hard and give their all.
If you're looking for a trainer to help you prepare for whatever sport you do or recovering from an injury i recommend I Am Global Sports. Solid workout regiments and knowledgeable coaching staff to help you learn how to do everything without hurting yourself.
Coach Anthony is great, loves what his work and the rest of his team are great, really professional and friendly environment!
