Great gym. Clean. Good machines for cardio. I do a mix of bodybuilding and power lifting. Some hiit. The gym has everything I need, and the other members are great. Really great fitness community.
We love I AM FIT! We have family in Kingwood and every trip to see them we get day passes here! Incredible gym, clean facility and great people! What more could you ask for?!
