Con artist at work, be aware, I used this guy to unblock my tenants drains, tried to sell me an excavation job for about £3/4k even though I had Severn Trent and another independent company send down a camera down the pipe confirming no issues, just simply my tenants putting down water wipes instead of tissue. also this guy was more expensive then Severn Trent to unblock and also double the price of any independent company. Avoid this company at all costs

Awful experience of so called professionalism, poor service, very polite and charming prior to getting the job, however as soon as you pay him, his Ulterior motive sets in, takes thousands of your money, lies about work he does, doesn’t use the money to do the actual job and leaves you with relentless mess and sever problems to sort. Cowboy builder at his finest. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

THIEF!!!! RAN OFF WITH £2k OF MY MONEY! Employed Michael Tamplin from I AM DRAINAGE and he did a terrible job! He took a payment of £2k up front to cover the cost of materials which I had never seen on site, made an absolute mess and did a runner not even halfway through the job! AVOID!!!!!!
