I had booked a 1:30pm appointment on 5/23/2024 which she couldn’t make and had her daughter call me to tell me. Fair enough. I had paid $75 as deposit. The refund process (if there is any) isn’t straightforward. She does a good job and is punctual but not getting a call back or responses to any of my messages about my refund gets a zero star from me. Had to dispute transaction with my bank.

Quick and professional service, doesn't matter if its your first time getting locs, or just going in for maintenance.
We paid a $25:deposit for a 10 am appointment. She never showed up.
