My daughter's hair came out amazing! My daughter has mixed hair and scalp issues and the Tikeisha at the salon made some great suggestions. Both women were friendly and made my 10 year old comfortable for hours while doing her hair. No pressure to cut her hair ( even though I know she needs it), which we have had at other places and can be a turn-off for my daughter. I appreciate the time they both took. Comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Tikisha has a beautiful mannerism and her work is A+. She cares about your hair not just the style. You will walk out feeling and looking great!
Back in 2017 after losing my long time hairstylist to Cancer, I came to this place. The second I walked in the lady in the salon was rude did not say hello. The first thing out of her mouth was or we don’t do weaves. I don’t wear weaves, braids etc. How rude and unprofessional to make that Assumption. I stayed for my appointment with someone else and never came back. I gave it 2 stars because the other stylist was nice and did a good job. I ended up going to a Dominican salon they were way better. They are unprofessional and liars and don’t really care for their customers.
I had a terrible time at I Adore You Hair Studio. The worker was friendly but I spent $90 on a blow out, trim, and deep condition. The whole time the worker was trying to up charge me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. If she knew she could not do it she should have told me that so I could leave. I was basically robbed. After she finished blowing out my hair she asked if I wanted it straightened for an extra $10-15, knowing that my hair looked crazy walking out of there and that she did not give me what I asked for.
