I hired I & A Roofing LLC for a roofing project, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. They quoted me a decent price, but the work quality was subpar. The crew was late, and the cleanup was sloppy. The project took longer than expected, and the communication was lacking. When I raised concerns, they were dismissive. Not recommended unless you're looking for hassle.
Nikita was such a tremendous help when we were looking for new roofers (many of our previous ones were affected by immigration) and when we met Nikita he was so well informed, so helpful, so understanding to our circumstance, and was so pleasant to work with, we’ve exclusively used them since then. Great company to work with all the guys are friendly and do good work. Highly recommend! Also a big fan of how they emphasize safety and their compliance with OSHA regulations.
I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I hired I & A Roofing LLC for a roof repair, and it was a complete nightmare. From start to finish, the experience was marred by unprofessionalism, incompetence, and a total lack of accountability. The work was supposed to be completed in a few days, but they kept delaying and making excuses. When they finally finished, the job was subpar - leaks persisted, and the workmanship was shoddy.
