During the process of closing on our house, we needed a quote on a large garage with a metal roof that was leaking somewhere. I & A roofing came out within our inspection window and assessed the quality of the house and garage roofs. In the report and quote, Nikita confirmed that garage roof was leaking and gave specific measurement of the amount of moisture under the roof and the crumbling particle board. Not only did he address the issue the very next day, but he also went above and beyond by identifying another problem I wasn't even aware of. I truly appreciate their commitment to resolving my concerns quickly and efficiently, and for taking the time to ensure I fully understood the work being done.
I & A roofing has no respect for the neighborhood they’re located in. The truck pictured here has been parked down the street from their properties (they own more than one) for over a year. The employees regularly toss trash into the back of the truck where it sits in the summer heat. Repeated conversations with the company owner have not led to any changes in behavior.
