I WOULD RECOMMEND CHRIS AND MICHELLE TO MY GRANDMOTHER!!!! These folks are awesome! I’m going to assume that the other folks on here are a little impaired on the ability to understand honest work and kindness. Since they apparently didn’t get the pampering they needed from a small town business. I on the other hand have had nothing but turn my day around experiences here. Horrible people... promise you so much as far as what they are selling you. Good luck waking them up.... and do not trust a word as they say as far as helping you with issues before you even drove off the lot. Scammers... not good people at all

Best rv repair and service place I’ve ever been to. Chris knows his stuff to say the least. If you want things fixed the right way(and I mean anything) don’t go to another.

I can honestly say I have not yet met anyone as knowledgeable and intelligent as Chris. I left spending 1/2 of what another repair shop quoted me, gained some knowledge myself, and yes...very happy! Thank you Chris and Michelle for all your hospitality and awesomeness.

In the midst of "broken A/C season" here in the desert, the most excellent Technicians from I-90 RV made it out, replaced my trailer A/C and took away my dead parts in record time and right on the quoted price. My most humble thanks.

We took Our Motor coach to I-90 RV to fix a warranty part on the tank less water heater and have it winterized in Oct 2016. The part didn't come in before the winter weather hit. They winterized it and said they would keep it until the weather was warmer and they could fix the heater. In April 2017 they called and said it was fixed. We went to pick it up and they had lost our only keys to the ignition, storage compartments and outside radio compartment . I Told them these were separate keys. This business is responsible for saving my entire trip as well as my family's. We showed up with our trailer and major issues. Issues that meant we'd have to leave the trailer and all of our belongings to head home (another state away). However, Chris and his wife Michelle were more than understanding and catered to us like no other rv dealership has. If you're looking for a place in the Moses lake/ Grant County region to to take your rv to get checked, like I did, I HIGHLY recommend YOU DO NOT GO HERE. I took my RV here explaining to them to please check for any and all leaks. Me and my Fiance had secured a long term RV lot in Oregon and one of there rules was NO LEAKS. We took our RV here for a maintenence check. This is where they look it up from top to bottom and check it all. I specified for them to check leaks. We had a major issue while on the road and they were extremely pleasant and the owner was more that an expert at this! Was truly impressed by him and his wife who runs the office. Talk about two multi taskers! He had us fixed up in no time while other repair places kept telling us it's a "user" error! Haven't had a problem since!!! If you ever need a job done correctly then you need to go see Chris and Michelle! Thanks guys!!!!
