Top notch sales experience in getting our new Murano. They even went & got the exact model from a dealer in Kentucky so we would get the color & equipment that we wanted. This was our second Nissan & they always give us great service. Will definitely be servicing & buying our cars from I-90. Are you kidding me?
Cant believe they gave us 500 hundred on a lemon they sold us really but still had negative equity for what we owed .never felt so much disrespect they took advantage of a woman who didn't know any better.3800 hundred on a lemon we owed mind you and offered 500 for it

Purchased a certified used 2009 Sentra Fe+ from dealership in Nov. 2012 with 17000 on the odometer. Since that time it has been returned for repairs to the hood after it was found to have been damaged in a previous accident that dealership denies knowledge of. Initially agreed to pay for half but after no communication from dealership or body shop during the 2 week odyssey trying to get it scheduled, and then get it back from body shop, I complained and the repair was done at dealership cost. I bought a vehicle a little over a year ago from this facility. One week into owning this vehicle the engine mis -fired and we have poured thousands of dollars into this car over the last year! I told the man when we bought the car we needed an honestly good car because it will be our only one and we have two children with asthma who may need emergency transportation at any given time!
