Have not dealt with the auction area but they fixed my car when I thrashed the front end running into a tow truck they did it in a timely manner and everything was done well on the car am very pleased with the service department!!
Their salesman came to my shop and sold me a $1,200 service voucher for $100. I had 24 months to use it. The next day my wife took our Toyota Yardis to them for an oil change, and we had them replace a serpentine belt. All was good. The next day my wife called me and told me the car wouldn't start. After driving 80 miles home after the oil change, we found we had no plug on the drain pan. Called them up, they replaced my engine with no problems. (Great Customer Service).
