I called and they picked up and hung up on me (numerous times) giggling. Keep laughing when your business goes “belly up”. So much for trying to help this business out. People….watch out for this place. Take your hard earned money to a business that will appreciate you….SMDH
After going to another shop for an oil change with a HIGH cost after they previously quoting me 20$ less...I decided to go to I 80 Auto Express since a family member highly recommended them. Geez! Not even the dealership has been on time, cost was great, & customer service top notch! Thank you I 80 Auto Express!
Was told by Orielly my Audi A3 needed an alternator according to their test equipment. Estimates were about $1300 -$1700 for replacement. Took it to I80 and it turned out to be just the battery. Excellent customer service and very good prices. Will not go to any other place.
Finally a repair shop that knows what it is doing and does not treat you bad. They work on all of my cars including my exotics.
