BUYER BEWARE! Jayco customer care is non-existent. Purchased 2022 264BH Jay Flight SLX new and one month after my 2-year warranty expired noticed front wall was soft. Took unit to I-70 RV Center (Jayco Dealer) where purchased and staff there could not figure out where water was getting in. Warranty claim was submitted as all parties agreed that water had been getting in undetected well before the warranty had expired. Took my camper here to be serviced. Honest family owned business. I will use them again and 100% recommend them over a chain like Camping World. When it comes to repairs they are transparent and very fairly priced.
If you are reading reviews to determine if you should bring your camper here for repairs or campingword let me just save you the time and money. I-70 RV went above and beyond with my camper. Our slide broke on our camper and we were afraid of being without a camper for a long time. Marty and his team were fantastic and kept great communication throughout the whole process.
