My name is Teresa and I've been going there for 5 years started with nurse Practioner than Dr. Chacon been on Dr. Apples waiting list but I was told I would have to go back to Nurse practioner after Dr. Chacon left which didn't make since since someone else I know they put him with Dr apple so ain't much I can do. And having no insurance doesn't help but I'm ok with it.
This practice needs to be shut down. After going there for several years and went through several doctors, because the turnover is so high, I was let go without warning. At the time I was seeing their new doctor, Dr. Chacom. He put me on dangerous amounts of pain medication while also being on Xanax. After seeing him for a couple months he let me go.
