The team here is so nice!!! Came in early with a same-day appointment and they got started on my vehicle early! I also couldn't get my car hood open due to an accident, but they popped that thing open easier than a can of sardines and my oil was changed. I am so grateful, thank you! 🥳
Having pre paid maintenance as part of my loan for my car is unfortunately something I dread due to this location. It is one of the closest affiliated service centers I can access where I live. I’ve had an issue more than once with this service center not applying my bottom car cover correctly. Whether that be hanging to the ground or half way clipped. They can’t follow simple written instructions such as “no car wash”. As a result my trucks paint was ruined. I wouldn’t trust the service department with any car of mine. I was told manager would contact us the next day, that did not happen…
I brought my truck in for a free oil change that came with purchasing it. The service advisor (who was very helpful and sweet!) asked me if I wanted a car wash, and I politely declined since I have it detailed professionally. She even wrote “no wash” on the service hang tag. I was frustrated when I went out to it afterwards and saw that it had been ran through the wash, water still left on it, and water spots on the parts that had dried while it was sitting for who knows how long.
