I’ll never go here again. Spoke with them multiple times, brought my car in then had to bring it back in. I was promised a second diagnosis and they told me they were done and they had test drive my car and it was good to go. They also deleted all my codes. My car still starts up roughly, shudders during idle and hesitates on acceleration. So they didn’t fix my car at all and claimed it was good to go. Very unprofessional, unethical and negligent. The team here is so nice!!! Came in early with a same-day appointment and they got started on my vehicle early! I also couldn't get my car hood open due to an accident, but they popped that thing open easier than a can of sardines and my oil was changed. I am so grateful, thank you! 🥳
Having pre paid maintenance as part of my loan for my car is unfortunately something I dread due to this location. It is one of the closest affiliated service centers I can access where I live. I’ve had an issue more than once with this service center not applying my bottom car cover correctly. Whether that be hanging to the ground or half way clipped.
