Took my jeep in for repairs and ended up getting the whole engine replaced. When I got my jeep back the A/C didn't work. Took it back to the dealership thinking they would fix their mistake and instead they wanted to charge me thousands more to fix their mistake.
Not going back. Long wait times and they dont do everything they're supposed to do. They take short cuts.
Excellent customer service. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful, especially salesman Isaiah. No high-pressure sales. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend if you want to feel good about your car-buying experience! We traveled all the way down from Mount Vernon for a specific car and it was definitely worth it!
Went in looking to trade in my lexus for a ram 1500 Warlock, Isaiah was super helpful and I got exactly what I wanted for a good price, and I didn't have to deal with the typical games most dealerships play.
