I couldn’t be happier. I had a bad installer from another town install my previous floor in phases, so I chose to go local for my last phase. I should have went here first but I used my home builders recommendation. From choosing my flooring to matching my previous discontinued color then to installation, top notch service all around. Great Re-stretch and Repair! I had Carpet One send out an experienced carpet installer to re-stretch our living room and hallway carpet. Emily and Laura in the Office worked with me to get the job scheduled. Nick Clark showed up at the appointed time, and did an excellent job in determining the cause of the issue created by the initial installer. I needed sheet vinyl for my vintage red-brown bathroom and struck out at Great Floors will all their modern gray choices, I looked at all the sheet vinyl they had and didn't see anything that could work.
