It seems that most of the reviews here are for the flooring department, but we worked with JOY in the cabinet department to renovate our kitchen and were 100% thrilled. I have some background in building high-end custom homes and have worked with many sales people and installers, and she is one of the best ever! Although we ended up not buying flooring, Laura was most helpful! She found samples we liked and when we came back and told her we had changed our minds, she was still friendly.
It's fine. Attentive sales person. They didn't have anything in stock.... Unless we were not told about it.
We had the floor in a bathroom that had moderate to severe water damage replaced and I-5 did an outstanding job on time and on budget. Thank you Laura, Nick and Emily. You have earned our business.
This team was amazing! Our church basement flooded and they made the space look new and attractive. Working with Laura, the designer, and Nick, the installer, was a delight!
