Deplorable customer service! Was charged \$50 to look at my computer, and it was easily fixable - they just couldnt get the Gateway part (a simple replacement fan). She also told me that they often could not get Gateway parts. It would have been nice if she would have told me that before!!! Please save your money and DO NOT go here for computer repairs - I feel very scammed because she would not reimburse my \$50. I should have just sent my computer to Gateway.

I went in to get prices on memory. The atmosphere was mundane and energyless. I felt like I was intruding. Store needs more color, posters and better energy.
