Great experience with the I-35 Stor-All facility. Fast communication, easy rental & automatic payment, and safe place to store my belongings. Would rent here again.
Called to check availability and pricing on units and owner was very vague and would not tell is what sizes they even offered or pricing. Just wanted to know what our personal belonging consisted of and who we were with currently. Our family has had to relocate and needed storage. We weren't "with anyone". To which we were told , Sorry we dont have anything for you, and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude! Steer clear.
Very happy with this vendor. We needed a short-term place to store our belongings at a price that won't kill our budget and were very happy with the price. Location is a little ways of driving north of the busy areas of KCMO, Liberty, and Kearney but not too bad. Mark is a great owner and will take care of your needs. Highly recommend I-35 Stor-All!
