I showed up to get things from my unit and the gate didn't work. I called the number and was told the gate is broken and you must come back tomorrow. Tomorrow is a work day. I said I didn't get a notice the gate was broken or I wouldn't have driven over to the facility. I was told they didn't want anyone to know it wasn't working. Homeless have taken over
Unfortunately the “new” management here either doesn’t know what’s going on or lied about the fees involved with renting the units… I called (and emailed to get more info, which wasn’t returned) and spoke with Jasmine to get more specifics since the website doesn’t have those {general things like specific lock sizes needed, pest control (if any), protection from the elements, month-to-month agreement or extended, etc}. Went to move my things the unit I was suppose to get was wet, I called and the guy on the phone was great immediately got me into a new bigger unit. He was super nice about it great experience already.
