Unfortunately the “new” management here either doesn’t know what’s going on or lied about the fees involved with renting the units… I called (and emailed to get more info, which wasn’t returned) and spoke with Jasmine to get more specifics since the website doesn’t have those {general things like specific lock sizes needed, pest control (if any), protection from the elements, month-to-month agreement or extended, etc}. Went to move my things the unit I was suppose to get was wet, I called and the guy on the phone was great immediately got me into a new bigger unit. He was super nice about it great experience already.
