Very good experience dealing with personnel from various departments. They did have some communication gap between personnel. Once that was resolved, service was great.
We purchased a new camper from I-29 and unfortunately had a water heater issue. Even though the service dept is extremely busy, they found time to diagnose and fix the problem, so we were able to get back on the road and return home to the Black Hills.
Very helpful and quick service.
Anytime we have taken our RV into I-29 RV Supercenter we have always had great customer service from all the staff. Their prices seem reasonable and so far all the work on our RV has been done correctly and in a timely manner.. Would highly recommend I-29 RV Supercenter
We come from Kansas City to have work done on our Keystone Travel Trailer. They always do an excellent job and if there is something that needs to be fixed, they make sure they do it. We bring it here every year for an annual go offer and try to upgrade something every year as well. This year we added extra air conditioning difusers and they work amazingly.
