Really good staff members; they go beyond and above to get you into your travel trailer. They are very informative of there trailer, make sure you know how to work it, and if you forget something and call them, they will help you out. If it's after hours, they say that YouTube will also help you out when they are closed. Love that part cause I had something come up after hours.
What a great place to buy a RV trailer. They really treat their customers like family. None of that pushy salesman pressure. I had the privilege of working with Eli. He understood the wants and needs for the trailer I was looking for. Then there’s Robert in financing. This man truly cares for his customers. He got me into the trailer I wanted, no questions asked. I didn’t think I was gonna get approved without a cosigner but Robert made it happen for me. I will never go anywhere else.
The whole staff has been helpful. Understanding all that goes on after purchasing a 42 footer and a rv Van. They have given us guidance and advise. We had a major incident bringing the large one into the back yard a ripped and possibly a broken awning they said they will try and work with us on that. Also a rear part of the moulding was ripped of the frame they will help us getting it fixed I hope they will. So far despite this we are very happy with them and would purchase again with them. My wife and myself were in the market for a Jayco pull behind trailer. I-15 RV had a model that we were looking for and inquired about it. We live about an hour away, liked the photos and decided to drive out to them to put eyes on it. The process was so easy and ended up buying it.
