I can’t say enough good things about I 10 RV Storage. I’ve been to multiple locations in the East Valley over the years, and this location is by for the very best. first of all, the location couldn’t be any more convenient. Just a few minutes off the I 10 and accessible off the 202 Santan Freeway as well. Everything is so well-maintained. And it has the best security of any place I’ve ever been to. Very pleased with my experience here. I was at Tempe RV Storage for over a decade, but they sold the land, and I had to scramble to find a new place. I went to Vista down the street, and they gave me a reasonable rate when I first signed up, but every three or four months they were raising my monthly rent by 25/$30. Within a year and a half I was paying twice as much with nothing to show for it. My husband and I rented space here for a few months for our trailer. We were told that leaving would be no hassle and we were never informed about a “30 day notice”. Ended up being charged an additional $200 for an unoccupied space. Called to complain and spoke with the owner who promised a refund just to be completely ghosted because his vacation was more important. Do NOT rent here. I-10 RV storage is a fantastic place to keep your RV or travel trailer. It’s a lovely facility with everything you need, and it’s family-owned and secure.
What’s crazy is my wife and I went through some shenanigans at another rv storage place where they like to just pull payments out after you move your rv and close your account. When my wife and I brought our rv to this storage I specifically explained our past issues with another storage place and asked if they work that way with the “30 day unspoken rule” that they just rip you off another payment once you close your account.
