Wonderful staff and Dr Trobec is very professional. They always make sure to do a thorough assessment and follow up.
Had been going there since I was a child and had a period of time I hadn't gone in and when I called to make an appointment they told me I would be considered a new patient and they weren't taking new patients. So when I put up a fuss she said she'd check with the team and get back to me and even verified my phone number and never called me back. Should have reached out when you changed your policy instead of just tossing patients you've had since the first time they ever went to the dentist. Not impressed!!
Chloe and the Hygienist crew have been SO great with taking care of our cleanings including our teen daughter who has some serious anxiety! Doctor Trobec has been there for us in emergency situations (abscess), cosmetic repairs, chips, and of course cavities. His integrity is stellar and he will work hard to provide the best of dental care. They are fairly booked solid, so getting in can be tough. That’s the reality in Central MN.
Dr.Trobec was quick to reply and get the care my husband needed .. Awesome dentist and staff ..
Been going here for many years great people, quality dental work!
