Not helpful in any way during my visit with him. Seemed very disinterested in helping me with the problem and was very quick to push pharmaceuticals. Not an avid listener. I am in the healthcare profession and it’s very sad to see such poor bedside manner and to feel that you’re burdening someone who took an oath to have your best interest. Still on the hunt for a PCP and Dr. Koo will not be it!
My regular GP, has got me through all my non-emergency medical problems and regular check ups over 10+ years with dignity and respect.
It felt like I was just a number and not a patient he also thought one of my very serious answers was funny and I had no time to ask any questions he quickly referred me to a surgeon without knowing much of what I was feeling...
