Worst experience as Hyundai customer, went it for a warranty repair. Joelle forgot to book my rental car, she then do a reservation at Enterprise but they had no cars. Why send me there if there's not car?? Was told the car ready at 4pm Then when I arrive at 4pm I'm told it needs an alignment and I have to wait... The GM took me in his office not to apologize but rather to lecture me about how my last name is German and thats why I'm not happy and hard to please. What??
