The sales team is fantastic. Where things go wrong is with the service... I called about a behavior I thought was "unusual" on my new car (remote opening and closing of the tailgate). Instead of simply informing me that this behavior is normal for the car, they told me to "come to the garage Friday at 8:00 AM," which I did. They pressed two buttons, told me, "This is normal operation of the diagnostic tool," and charged me $86 for it, after telling me it was probably a programming error (before I signed the paperwork).
