I would not recommend buying a car from South Trail Hyundai. I purchased a brand new 2022 Hyundai Palisade, and at just 15,000 km, we experienced a failure of both the transmission and the alternator. Then, at 75,000 km, the air conditioning stopped working. Although it turned out to be a minor fix—a tripped wire—the thermostat was stuck open. They informed me that if the part was covered under warranty, then the rental car would also be covered. This review is for service. Giving 5 stars for Rafsan as he did his best in providing good service. He was in constant touch with me and purely focused in giving best experience to customer's. Appreciate South Trial Hyundia in hiring such good representatives
"I referred three people to Hyundai South, and they purchased vehicles from a person named Justin. I also bought a car from there myself. They promised to pay me a referral fee, but despite multiple follow-ups and visiting the supervisor, Chad, no action was taken, and no contact was made. This experience was disappointing, and I advise new customers not to go to this dealership for buying cars, as they are not reliable."
Recently, I went to Southtrail Hyundai for some service work. It was basic maintenance on my 2023 Tuson. I dealt with David Rosser. When I phoned for an appointment, I was told that it was time for a service at a certain level with an estimated cost that seemed a bit high. When I arrived, David was the advisor that greeted me.
