We had gone to several dealerships and worked with many salesmen. We even went to another Hyndai dealership with a hail damage vehicle that was marked down. They did not give us the same family feel that the Burleson location did. We came back to the Burleson location to continue working with Travis. We went home slept on the purchase decision and noone made us feel guilty about that. Travis and the Hyndai team were honest and patient. Our car has had an long term ongoing intermittent issue since shortly after we bought it, although hiley was not able to completely diagnose the issue they gave it their best shot and afforded us a very nice loaner car in the meantime, I look forward to using this service dept. again. Very nice staff and very informative during the process.
