The car had one problem, then this location "fixed it" only to make it worse blame it on the age of the car and you should "trade it in". This location is basically trying to push you from a simple repair to trading in your vehicle for the parts and buying a new car. And for what? For that new piece of junk to break down and you go through the same thing again? People/reps to avoid at this location: Ryan, and Scott (managers).
Lack of customer service and attention to detail -will make you go elsewhere
Make sure after you get work done to test it out, you only get 48 hours to bring your car back if you have a problem (Says it on the paperwork). There is a park and a bunch of parking lots nearby to drive your car out to see if everything works.
