I highly recommend Hyundai's service department. Specifically- ask for Mark. Mark is a great representative for the establishment. He is always polite, informative, and extremely helpful.
Poor customer service, rude, poor communication, failed to address check engine light (that was not on when I dropped off the car, but on when I picked it up), do not recommend. Took the car somewhere else.
Very high priced especially an oil change (90.00) for synthetic oil. Never go back as the exact same oil change and oil at Honda was 50.00. This was on an older Hyundai too. Staff was personable if that helps but that’s the extent of my visit.
