Very rude and disrespectful service staff. came here 2 times both times they were very rushy and didn't even listen to my concerns about my vehicle. They also charge extra alot more than what i actually booked my service for by saying " Thats what we charge here. " Why are there so many hidden charges and why dont they mention it online. They act like they are doing me a huge favor by doing serviceon my car which im paying for. Very rude and disrespectful Service Advisor. I do not recommend dealing or servicing any car there! Very unprofessional on the phone and not informative in regards to on going recalls.
