The worst service in Ottawa. They do not adhere to appointments or anything. I do not recommend them at all.

Disrespectful staff and Horrible service .. always delays , don't expect your vehicles to be serviced and provided back to you in their stated time. Even their manager doesn't want to fix issues. 1- never accept their time line give at least 1 hour extra. 2-U won't be able to reach their service desk at your first attempt.. 3- ask for cost of part + cost of labour and tax ,as they will never total and tell you the whole price. Ask it specifically.
