Arrived 15min early for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I made clear to the advisor that I had to leave for an important Doctors Appointment in 1.5 hours, which based on all my experiences at other establishments, has always been enough time. I checked back in multiple times with the advisor and did not end up getting my vehicle until 2hrs 23min after I checked in. Typically you take your car in for a repair and expect it to come back in better condition. My car was sent there for an engine warranty repair mid March. Was completed early May with a dead battery that was fine when it originally took it in. But somehow now it’s dead and it’s not their problem. So it’s replaced but my car came home with all 3 screws missing from the plastic over one tire most likely from being removed during repairs. So I reached out and they can’t even respond.
