Just had an amazing phone call with a lady named Kris.. she was so delightful to talk to and make my appointment for my oil change for my Santa Cruz what a wonderful way to start your day as with the conversation with KRIS thank you You're amazing 10 stars .
Every oil change I have got has resulted in return trips due to oil leaks after them changing the oil. Most recent was 9/20/2025
Knowledgeable and friendly service department
Arrived 15min early for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I made clear to the advisor that I had to leave for an important Doctors Appointment in 1.5 hours, which based on all my experiences at other establishments, has always been enough time. I checked back in multiple times with the advisor and did not end up getting my vehicle until 2hrs 23min after I checked in.
