Prepare to wait!!!! Had to wait 6 weeks to have my check engine light looked at. Once I got in, they told me the part will take 1-2 days to come in, and that I can’t schedule a new appointment until the part comes in. Part comes in, called to schedule appointment… you guessed it! 6 more weeks until I can get it back in to have it fixed. Service here is awful. Service is 1/2 the game Quimby! Get your house in order.
Just had an amazing phone call with a lady named Kris.. she was so delightful to talk to and make my appointment for my oil change for my Santa Cruz what a wonderful way to start your day as with the conversation with KRIS thank you You're amazing 10 stars .
Every oil change I have got has resulted in return trips due to oil leaks after them changing the oil. Most recent was 9/20/2025
