The battery in my 1 yr old Ioniq 5 failed. They gave me a loaner for 3.5 weeks. Took. Long time for the battery to arrive but once it got there it was installed in 4 hours. They were good qith communication and follow up and generally very kind and understanding.
Super quick service and it was easy to schedule.
