I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this service center. I brought my car in because the A/C didn’t feel very cold and I simply wanted to have it checked. I was told to wait and that it should be done by around 4 PM. However, after waiting nearly five hours, I was informed that the car couldn’t be checked at all and I would need to leave it overnight. Free wifi, snacks, water, and cappuccinos are great. They also have these cool device chargers with multiple plug types which was super convenient when I realized there weren't any USB ports and I didn't bring my charger base for my phone.
