By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a service appt. This the second time ive taken my car there and the second terrible experience! Don't waste your time going here. They simply do not care about your time! You have lost a customer for life.
Had a check engine light come on when I was nearby. They were courteous and help me set up a rental car. Hoping that my issue was a hyundai warranty. Told me they would let me know as soon as possible If it wasn't covered so I could return the rental ASAP. The next day they made me a video of my warranty issue and the other service suggestions. I came in for a recall on my car and was assisted by Tyler a service advisor who was really kind
Brian was extremely rude, We already knew the engine was out in the vehicle that was took in And was told to bring it in to see if warranty would cover it, When picking your vehicle up had to pay a $250 inspection fee to be told something we already knew. Paid the 250 with no questions, ask Jeffrey which side of the building to pick up my vehicle he puts his hands up in the air and says that’s a good question after being paid. This service department is extremely rude and has no customer service.
