Over the past few months, I have reached out over 4 times and was given a timeframe when they would reach out. I still have not heard back from them once. Probably because I am trying to schedule a service under paint warranty, and have been told before by a worker that they won’t do it at this location because they lose money (despite later learning they have a paint coordinator for this exact service!) EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior.
We had a great experience with Alex Villareal at Hyundai Escondido. He was very friendly and helpful, honest, and not pushy – professional. Alex made our Santa Fe test drive enjoyable and informative. We appreciated his straightforward approach, which led to a smooth buying process without any typical dealership "shenanigans." We love our new Santa Fe and highly recommend Alex Villareal for a pleasant and honest car-buying experience.
Very good at first. Communication was good. Able to get me in fast. Informed me that I had to use a different mileage interval to get the free service. Everything was fine until I went to get my next service to find out that my engine oil canister was rounded off and had to be removed with a band wrench since it wouldn’t come off with a wrench or impact.
