This shop is really good at screwing things up. Took my car in to get the timing belt and water pump replaced in November. Two days after I got it back home, there was a stream of green liquid on the ground. I filled it with coolant and drove it to the shop where they said they messed up the installation of the gasket. So difficult to know who to trust these days when it comes to service. Am I being mislead, or told something just so someone can make a sale. I have never felt this way when dealing with Flow Hyundai of Statesville. Matt Anderson is the service manager there and has never been anything but up front, reliable, and trustworthy. He always looks out for me and my families’ best interests at heart. Loyal customers for life!
