Very bad communication
I dropped my vehicle off with a lot of things wrong to be fair. However, after leaving my vehicle, there was little to no communication from my advisor, Jack, unless I was initiating. The worst part was when my vehicle was approaching almost a month there, I text my advisor and ask if there’s an update on my vehicle. He doesn’t respond so I call the dealership the next day.
