Please avoid this place at all costs. Carson City Hyundai sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission and have now had our car for two months for the repair. The service Manager in particular has been a huge problem and has only made the situation worse. Do not buy a used vehicle from Carson City Hyundai! They sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission and have had it for two months now! Half the time we have owned it. We just found out they’ve been lying to us about the status, as the shop that currently has the vehicle for the transmission repair advised today that they have been waiting on Carson City Hyundai to provide information so they can proceed with the repair. Review: Zero Stars (If I Could) I am devastated by the lack of humanity at this establishment. As a single mother struggling to get by, I asked for a simple payment plan or any form of flexibility. Instead of compassion, I was met with mockery and laughter when I couldn't cover the full balance. To make matters worse, they sold my car along with all of my personal belongings inside.
