I had a very disappointing experience with the Hyundai of Yakima Service Center. If I had another option, I would not bring my vehicle here again. Our Hyundai Palisade was running rough while idling with the A/C on, and the check engine light was illuminated. When I dropped the vehicle off, I explained these symptoms to Tony. Was there because of a recall. They said I needed the part, when the part came in, they would call. I haven't heard from them yet. They told me my car was ready. He pointed towards the back lot! When I came, I stopped at the service door. My car should have been brought to that exact spot for me to drive away. I'm older, I have a bad hip. Why do I need to tell a service department I don't wish to walk that far to get to my car when they could have pulled it up to the door I came in.

Been going to Hyundai for service on my Elantra and Ford F150 for years. Service you can depend on.
