The service here is getting worse every time I go, first of all they increased the price of getting oil change and tire rotation and and time waiting is about 2 or 3 hours to be done plus they always tried to sell overpriced services that you car don't need so if you value your time and your money you better stop coming here
It’s so slow. I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting for 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment I scheduled. Don’t come here if you value your time
I truly don’t think anybody ever sat them down and explained what the word appointment means. If I have to make an appointment, then that should mean I do not have a 2+ hour wait in front of me. I don’t know what’s going on there but they either need to cut down the amount of available appointments or they need to figure out why on earth it takes two hours to do an oil change. I have the free plan right now that you get with buying a new car and I would honestly rather eat the cost and go to a real oil change place that I do... read more
