If you call to make a service appointment, do not tell them your car is still under warranty, they WILL refuse you. We were refused warranty service twice in the last 9 months. Call Lee Johnson... they are so friendly and accommodating. Doug's is a joke!
Terrible place, after more than a decade of service there. They didn't complete serious recall stating that they need to order part based on vin. After that, they ghosted out, not picking up phone or returning the call for voice mail for weeks. Was able to confirm with parts dept that they have needed parts. Finally got done up in North at Doug's Huyndai in a day. Super awesome service center. This Huyndai of kikrland has become terrible over recent years. Better go elsewhere.
