As a first-time car buyer, I relied entirely on the information provided by your sales representative at the time of purchase. Complimentary services were verbally mentioned to me, and I had no reason to doubt their accuracy, nor was I informed that such details must be independently verified in writing by the customer. I was explicitly told that my first oil change would be complimentary. This was confirmed not only at the time of booking my appointment, but also again with your customer service team before I drove to the service center. I then spent over one hour driving to the location, only to be told upon arrival that the oil change was not free and that I would need to pay for it. Lucas in service was incredibly helpful. My first time at this Hyundai location as I’ve recently moved. I had experienced a lot of difficulties at another location in the past, which prompted me not to go for servicing at Hyundai.
