Just a great appreciation of Pratik. I initially had an off experience when buying my new car at the Hyundai dealership and was quite upset after signing a contract with things that weren’t clearly explained. Had a problem with the suspension on my i30 so at their recommendation got a large amount of work done in March 2024. $3k for suspension, a service and two new tires. Went back after 9 months because the new tires NEVER stopped squealing on every corner, due to a poor wheel alignment. Yes I should've gone back earlier but naively hoped the tires would just "wear in", assuming the alignment was correct. Could not be happier. I regretfully went to three different mechanics before I came to Hyandai Service Centre Pennant Hills. They fixed my car very efficiently and effectively. Incredible communication from the team. I am very grateful and will always come back here from now on. Thank you so much for fixing my car!!
