Unprofessional rude lady on the counter My service was booked on certain time I went there on time she refused the service And refused to look into the confirmation of booking email No apology istead she said to me i dont want to look into that email we cant do it thats it either come tomorrow Shameless.
Booked my car in for 9.30. Wasn't ready until 5 and then had to wait. Didn't get an invoice of repairs done and had to call to have it sent at later date. I enquired about a noise problem and was jokingly told it was a lost earring . Prior to that had a problem with a wheel noise and was told it was a loose sunvisor. The business is too busy for personalised service and nowhere to park. I told them l wouldn't be back and that didn't seem to concern them.

Went in for the 15000k service and the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Picking up the loan car day before the service was seamless
Update.. Yes it was a lovely gesture to fill my tank after I asked for it for nearly 4 hours of driving, and it was a lovely gesture for you to take my car back in and do all the things that we paid for the first time I'm so very appreciative of your work. But now my car has gone in to limp mode the day after service so it's coming back to you. Let hope I can leave a better review this time around.
