Chris Melhado is THE BEST! I have trusted Murdock Hyundai with my service and car purchases since 2008. For a little bit there I wondered what had happened to the amazing service, but then it turned around (phew!). It has gotten even better since Chris has been regularly helping me with my vehicles. I’m impressed he recognizes me and always does the little bit extra to make my experience great.
Amazing service at Murdock Hyundai Murray! My car needed special maintenance, and despite their busy schedule, Rianna Martin kept me updated every step of the way. She even stayed a few minutes after closing when my Uber was late so i could pick up my car. Truly above and beyond! If she’s not already a manager, she should be. Highly recommend this service center!
My new favorite service advisor is Clara! She was awesome to work with and made my service experience so much better. She's knowledgeable and provided excellent communication. I'll be asking for Clara each time.
Sick and tired! This place was great when we bought our car three years ago. It's been all down hill since. Most of the time an appointment for a simple service takes at least three hours, and they don't tell you that until you bring it in. That's when they say "oh by the way, we're super busy right now so its going to be three hours. The last time I dropped it off because I knew it would be a while. I dropped it off at my appointment time at 3pm on friday. They never called to say it was done so I called at 5pm, no answer. ... read more
