I am writing this review after a deeply disturbing and unethical interaction with a salesman named Lawrence at Murdock Hyundai of Murray regarding a used 2022 Tesla Model Y. The initial messaging was straightforward, but the negotiation quickly turned negative. I asked if the selling price could be $24,999 to qualify for a federal tax credit. Chris Melhado is THE BEST! I have trusted Murdock Hyundai with my service and car purchases since 2008. For a little bit there I wondered what had happened to the amazing service, but then it turned around (phew!). It has gotten even better since Chris has been regularly helping me with my vehicles.
