Fourth visit to Safford Hyundai in Fairfax, and unfortunately the service experience continues to be problematic. I brought my vehicle in for a battery replacement under warranty—a straightforward task that should take thirty minutes. I waited eight hours while they tested and retested to diagnose a dead battery that was already evident since the car had to be jumpstarted to reach the dealership. Excellent Service and Attention
Attention all military- Do not bring your car to be serviced here. This business does not honor their word on Military discounts. They said they would provide it over the phone but for some reason on day my car was serviced they didn't have it.
Dissatisfied with salesman Bryan Ramirez. Once they got my money, he couldn't return my call. Still waiting on an "we iwe you" item that was promised in a couple of days. That was the 27th, today is the 8th or 9th. Had to take another trip out there. Spoke to the sales manager Andy. Again they didn't keep their word. I was supposed to get a call back yesterday. That didn't happen. I called back today. So now it's Monday, we shall see. Not happy.
