This dealer failed to do the job! I made an appointment and went there for safety recall issued by Hyundai. After 2 1/2 hours wait time they texted me a link with a short video measuring the depth of my tires and asking me, if I would approve a purchase of 4 new tires to be installed on my vehicle …., not a word about the safety recall service…., so I went back to their service desk only to get an answer that they don’t have the part and I need to go back some other time. Bought my second Santa Fe hybrid here after my first one was totaled in an accident. Jose and Woodson were exceptional. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and have bought numerous cars). Given my schedule and time crunch, I was able to complete the transaction via text, phone and email without having to step foot into a dealership. In addition, they delivered my car directly to me without having to ask. My standard for car buying will forever be impacted by my fantastic experience.
